EdgeIOT — Account & Data Deletion Policy

🗑️ How to Request Account Deletion

    In the EdgeIOT app Open the app → Profile tab → tap Delete Account → confirm the prompt.
  2. 2
    By email Send a message to [email protected] with the subject Account deletion request. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. 3
    Via WhatsApp Message us on +966 50 306 6140 with your account email and deletion request.
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently removed.
🔐 What Happens to Your Data

Account profile (name, email, user ID) Permanently Deleted Immediately upon deletion
Push notification tokens & device identifiers Permanently Deleted Immediately upon deletion
Device, fleet, geofence & alert configurations Permanently Deleted Immediately upon deletion
Location data on fleet map Permanently Deleted Immediately upon deletion
Billing & invoice records Retained As required by applicable tax & accounting law, then permanently deleted
Security & audit logs Retained briefly Short period for fraud prevention, then permanently deleted

EdgeIOT — سياسة حذف الحساب والبيانات

🗑️ كيفية طلب حذف الحساب

    من تطبيق EdgeIOT افتح التطبيق ← تبويب الملف الشخصي ← اضغط حذف الحساب ← أكّد الإجراء.
  2. 2
    عبر البريد الإلكتروني أرسل رسالة إلى [email protected] بموضوع Account deletion request. أرفق عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.
  3. 3
    عبر واتساب راسلنا على ‏+966 50 306 6140 مع بريدك الإلكتروني وطلب الحذف.
تُعالَج طلبات الحذف خلال ٧ أيام عمل. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بمجرد إزالة حسابك نهائياً.
🔐 ما الذي يحدث لبياناتك
نوع البيانات الإجراء مدة الاحتفاظ
الملف الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، معرّف المستخدم) حذف نهائي فور تنفيذ الحذف
رموز الإشعارات ومعرّفات الأجهزة حذف نهائي فور تنفيذ الحذف
إعدادات الأجهزة والأساطيل والمناطق الجغرافية والتنبيهات حذف نهائي فور تنفيذ الحذف
بيانات الموقع على خريطة الأسطول حذف نهائي فور تنفيذ الحذف
سجلات الفوترة والفواتير محتفَظ بها وفقًا للقوانين الضريبية والمحاسبية المعمول بها، ثم تُحذف نهائيًا
سجلات الأمان والتدقيق احتفاظ مؤقت فترة قصيرة للوقاية من الاحتيال، ثم تُحذف نهائيًا
